Job Description
Start your temporary assignment in a full-time, 40-hour week role, with a competitive salary bracket. You will join a supportive team and collaborate with the wider People and Culture team. This is a temporary role until the role can be recruited permanently.
We're looking for someone with strong technical skills Excel, Word and Sharepoint (a definite advantage) or other software that allows colloboration of inputs. Plus you will have the ability to learn systems quickly. Training will be provided on their bespoke systems, and if you have experience with Articulate, (a leading platform for online workplace learning), that's a huge plus! You should have a high attention to detail, be a quick learner, and bring energy and enthusiasm to the team culture. A pragmatic approach and resilience are essential.
Additional Competencies:
Previous experience in an administrative support role is important, along with the ability to multitask and manage both short and long-term priorities effectively. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for engaging with stakeholders and providers.
