Your Role
As a Designer focused on Branding & Visual Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts through compelling and cohesive design strategies. Your primary goal will be to align business objectives with user-centered design principles, creating impactful visual assets, motion graphics, and experiences that resonate with our audience and elevate engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define business goals and translate them into innovative and strategic branding solutions.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual, digital, and motion touchpoints.
  • Design assets for web, mobile, and other marketing channels, leveraging tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Create motion graphics and video content to enhance storytelling and brand communication.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs, ensuring alignment with end-user expectations and business objectives.
  • Formulate and drive the internal visual design strategy to ensure excellence and cohesion across all creative outputs.
  • Handle complex use cases involving large-scale audiences and multiple interdependencies.
  • Iterate designs based on data insights, feedback, and emerging trends to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.

Your Team

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and marketers. This role requires the ability to:
  • Act as a bridge between business goals and design execution.
  • Quickly understand and translate abstract concepts into tangible designs.
  • Independently manage branding projects while collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience with a portfolio showcasing branding expertise, visual strategy, motion graphics, and versatility across mediums.
  • Senior-level experience: At least 4 years of experience designing digital products, marketing campaigns, and video content across web, mobile, and other platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering pixel-perfect end-to-end designs, including motion graphics and video editing, that align with brand strategy.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale branding projects, including complex use cases involving millions of users or substantial financial impact.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion/video editing tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Superior English fluency, both verbal and written.
  • Key traits: Professionalism, problem-solving ability, proactiveness, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to identify and set trends in visual design to maintain brand relevance and impact.
  • Experience working with data-driven design processes and conducting user research.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborating in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions effectively.
  • This is a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact on our branding efforts and contribute to meaningful, large-scale projects. If you’re a designer with a passion for Branding and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results, we’d love to hear from you!
