About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed term contract – our client is looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of a key SharePoint Digital Migration project, managing and ensuring its delivery. Collaborating with SharePoint specialists, ICT partners, and key stakeholders, you’ll oversee internal and external resources, manage risks, and deliver progress updates to governance boards, ensuring objectives are met efficiently.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of the SharePoint migration project/on prem to cloud.
- Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee project risks, issues, financials, and benefits realisation.
- Prepare and deliver project reports to governance boards.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience working in a large format government organisation.
- Experience managing complex SharePoint migrations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Relevant project management qualifications are preferred.
