Ko tō tūranga – your role
As an Enablement Lead you will develop and deliver robust capability and enablement plans in line with the Universal Skillset framework that continuously develops our frontline teams. Working closely with the L&C, D&D and Process COE teams to develop these plans that align to business deliverables including customer champion readiness.
Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do
- You will lead the creation and maintenance of best practice learning solutions for SME&C frontline teams.
- induct and cross skill at scale; Focused on activities being driven by the Universal Skillset framework.
- Identify competency gaps through Performance & insights and/or Customer Champion readiness surveys; Deliver solutions to close the gap.
- Enable speed to competency supported by robust certification and reward for the introduction of new products and tools.
Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring
- Experience in an Enablement or L&C role with experience in content design
- Proven experience in the delivery of learning to adult learners.
- Knowledge and understanding of Adult Learning principles.
- Previous experience facilitating and training advantageous.
- Sound commercial acumen
- Ability to analyze data to drive solutions
- Rational decision maker
- Effective stakeholder management
- Some experience in Project Management
