As a Candidate Manager at Robert Walters, you will be supported with exceptional recruitment training and you will be provided with a long-term career pathway from Associate through to Management.

In your role supporting our legal recruitment team, you will play a key part in managing all aspects of the candidate cycle. You will build candidate pipelines, headhunt top talent, deal with specific sourcing requirements and be the face of the business when meeting with candidates.

In addition, over the last few years we have redefined the way we work. We have sought to find the balance and flexibility between the hours we work and the environments we thrive in. We have implemented flexible starting times and will be dividing our work week between the home and office.

What will you be doing?

  • Source new candidates for the business using a variety of methods
  • Manage a portfolio of candidates and build strong talent pools
  • Screen candidates over the phone and face-to-face
  • Create company maps/profiles for headhunting purposes and conduct specific headhunting projects
  • Post job adverts to attract candidates
  • Cultivate a strong knowledge of the legal industry
