About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with large, national client and small and medium Clients that values quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a dynamic role where you'll be responsible for managing a workforce that operates in fast-paced and challenging environments, including working closely with employees and site managers to ensure smooth and effective operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with the drive, professionalism, and resilience to handle a key account in the 360 Recruitment Consultant Role. Key Responsibilities:
- Build Client Relationships & Drive Brand Awareness: Building strong relationships with site managers and teams who understand tough conditions and long hours.
- Identify Workforce Solutions: Working alongside a client committed to ensuring employee safety and operational efficiency is always a top priority.
- Maintain a Sales Pipeline: Managing issues in a professional and efficient manner while maintaining the client's high standards of service delivery.
- Manage Recruitment Desk: Removing personal feelings from business decisions while maintaining a genuine enthusiasm towards accomplishing client needs.
- HR & Performance Management - Support employees with ongoing training & issue resolution
- Travel to Client Sites throughout Auckland - Maintain workforce efficiency across multiple Locations
- Workforce Planning & Rostering - Manage end to end recruitment and staff schedules to ensure operational efficiency including rostering
- Compliance & Safety - Ensure all placements meet industry regulations & safety standards, with regular toolbox and safety conversations with employee.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ Years Recruitment Experience: Hands-on experience in recruitment or resourcing, preferably in blue-collar recruitment and managing a hot desk.
- Quick Learner with Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Team Player: Someone who integrates well with the team and collaborates effectively.
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
