About the role!
The Marketing Brand Specialist will be integral to our growth strategy, and bring a positive impact across our brand, marketing, online presence, sponsorships, and local community:
- Brand: Execute & refine marketing, increase our online presence to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Campaigns: Oversee campaigns within brand guidelines to expand reach to our target audience.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our Sales, Aftersales, and CRM teams to create marketing that supports achieving our business goals.
- Performance: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing, sponsorships and campaigns, continually optimise to maximise ROI.
About you!:
- Proven Experience: You have a can-do positive attitude, with 3+ years in automotive dealership marketing, ideally under the Agency Model and experience with the Toyota or Honda brands.
- Passion for Automotive: A genuine passion for cars and the Toyota brand.
- Customer Mindset: Understand the customer is at the centre of what we do, internal and external. Marketing supports the entire team to build Brand, Sales, Customer Experience and Retention.
- Creative & Strategic: You understand the big-picture strategy, finding a way to make it happen by being hands on, and a keen eye for detail to lift standards, maintain consistency and maximise CX.
- Results-Oriented: You know the importance of data, how to track performance, optimise and deliver measurable results.
- Communication: You have the ability to communicate effectively across all areas and levels of the team.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Dealer DMS & AutoPlay Software, vehicle online listings, websites, digital tools, social media, and analytics software.
