Quinovic Vivian Street have a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy and enthusiastic team, specialising in quality residential property management.

The position requires management of an existing portfolio of properties with room for growth.

The successful applicant will be

And will be able to demonstrate

• Experience in managing a residential property portfolio

• Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with MS Word and Excel
• Commitment, flexibility, resilience and determination
• An understanding of the requirements of a property manager

You will possess a current, clean Class A driver’s license.

Quinovic provide all the tools you will need for your job, and you will work in a team of experienced property managers and support staff. After a qualfiying period, Quinovic will assist you in obtaining the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4).
