We are looking for experienced security guards to work day shifts on a construction site in Pukekohe.

You’ll be working in a small team on 12 hour shifts, responsible for ensuring the safety of the site, completing security checks and completing daily reports.

About the role:

• Completing safety and security checks on site
• Ensuring access control to site
• Observing and reporting
• Responding to emergencies and threats as needed
• Incident and Daily reporting

About you:

• You’ll have previous security experience and a Blue or Green COA
• You’re available to work 12 hour shifts, and available to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Able to take directives on board from Operations Managers
• Strong communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with the client and take directives.
• Must be professional, reliable, confident & honest
• Possess the ability to engage & build relationships with a diverse range of people.
• Possess a professional work ethic and desire to take responsibility
• Strong focus on delivering high quality security-solutions
• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills and attention to detail
• Physical fitness – able to walk and stand for long periods of time
