About the Role
We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering fantastic customer service & guest experience to join our administration team. You will have direct contact with customers by phone and email and will be responsible for the timely and accurate administration of all incoming enquiries and reservations for the property. Flexibility is a must as the successful candidate will be required to work rostered shifts between 8am and 9pm, including weekends.
The ideal candidate will have / be:
- a guest focused individual with a professional and confident telephone manner, clear and concise written and verbal communication and the ability to time manage,
- previous experience in a similar role, so you can hit the ground running,
- working knowledge of the Restaurant Diary reservation system and Roller system is preferred; however, training will be provided to the successful candidate,
- the ability to juggle numerous tasks while providing fantastic customer service,
- adequate computer skills and attention to detail, ensuring all bookings are accurate and all relevant information is received and communicated promptly.
