You will be responsible for fabricating, welding and assembling mild steel, stainless teel and aluminum products to meet client requirements. You will work closely with internal staff and clients to ensure every project is completed on time, to specification and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication & Welding: Read and interpret drawings to produce high-quality products. MIG and TIG welding to a high standard, ensuring suitability for the end application.
- Ownership of Work: Take responsibility for your jobs, ensuring all work leaving the factory meets the required specifications and quality standards.
- Time Management: Ensure work is completed within allocated timeframes, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and perform first-line maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth workflow, timely dispatch, and the success of each job. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed as required.
You will need;
- Proven MIG & TIG welding experience, with a focus on sheet metal fabrication.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Forklift license (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and a strong communicator, with a flexible approach to overtime as needed.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and pride in your work.
- Team player, willing to collaborate and contribute to shared goals.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
