Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant!
Our client, a Charitable Trust is seeking an Executive Assistant with drive and an agile mindset to support the CEO. This important role requires a proactive and organized professional who can manage priorities, streamline activities, and ensure seamless operations that align with the Trust's values. Alongside the Executive Assistant responsibilities there is a requirement to act as Board Secretary, capturing the discussion points for 13-15 meetings annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prioritise and manage diary appointments with a keen focus on what is important while allocating time effectively for administrative tasks.
- Managing multiple activities simultaneously to achieve successful outcomes.
- Anticipate potential issues and adjust workload to address roadblocks efficiently.
- Interpersonal excellence and clear communication style.
- Arrange cost-effective and efficient travel bookings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working at an executive support role.
- Extensive knowledge of administration systems and processes.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to develop trust and credibility at the executive level.
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- HR coordination, administration and event management.
