About the role:

• Challenging and rewarding position
• Working on either day or night shifts, 12 hour shifts. 8am or 8pm starts.
• Work 7 days in a fortnight & no more than 4 days straight.
• Work one weekend and get the next weekend off.

About you:

• Strong observation skills & attention to detail
• Maturity and resilience
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Customer service and/or security experience
• Clean criminal record
• Computer literate – must be confident using and learning computer systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to pass a Vulnerable Children Act background check and Medical checks
Hold a current COA (security license) or have the ability to obtain one (18 years old or over, have a clean criminal record & eligible to work in NZ)
