What will you do?
We are on the lookout for an Interior Design Team Lead to drive the design and delivery of interior architecture projects across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring they align with the vision for our villages. This role involves managing teams, overseeing the conceptual and detailed design processes, and ensuring all designs meet regulatory standards.
Other key responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Lead the interior design function, working closely with Design Team members to ensure interior designs align with the overarching vision of both new and existing village projects.
- Conduct design briefs with key stakeholders and manage external consultant relationships along with the Design Practice Lead.
- Oversee the production of interior design documentation, ensuring all deliverables (including Revit designs) are completed on time, to industry leading quality and within budget

Who are you?
- You have proven experience in leading interior design projects across Australia and New Zealand, ideally in large-scale residential, retirement living, aged care, and mixed-use commercial projects
- You have experience with Revit, BIM360, Adobe Creative Suite and industry document management systems (Procore, Aconex, Union Square),
- You have strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and construction standards
