About the Role | Mō te Tūrnga
The Marketing Integration Manager is responsible for ensuring Cartology’s media and retail sales opportunities are maximised; via strong integration and collaboration with internal Woolworths business unit stakeholders across the Marketing, Commercial and Cartology teams. This role is focussed on execution within Customer and Trade plans.

This role will provide the thought leadership required to ensure the CMI team across Group is proactively building opportunities that maintain a full sales pipeline for the Cartology Sales Team, arming them with insight-driven selling tools.

About You | Mōu
You will be based in NZ but have a Home reporting line to Cartology Group in AU and delivery into Cartology NZ so you will need to work independently and confidently within the W-NZ and Cartology NZ businesses.

You will deliver:

  • Set the strategic direction for Cartology sales opportunities and Immerse deeply in collaboration with Woolies ways of working
  • Partner with the specialist teams to inform your strategy, plan and briefs and execute the specialist components of campaigns and events.
  • Work closely with Cartology colleagues and other internal stakeholders who shape and own propositions you will communicate (eg B&M, Commercial - category plans, Trade planning, eCom proposition marketers)
  • Working collaboratively across all internal WW departments to ensure all opportunities are optimised
  • Highly engaged team that has regular, open and strong relationships with the supplier community
  • Managing the development of engaging Sales Tools and Materials.


To be successful in this role, you will bring in:

  • Marketing, Shopper, Customer, Trade Marketing experience within the FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of each media channel and campaign strategy development.
  • Experience developing marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.
  • Understanding of the shopper path to purchase and media that impacts decisions.
  • Management level experience in all of the above, ideally within a large corporate marketing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management.
  • Strong presentation skills and leadership capabilities and the ability to work well in a pressured situation.
