Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of large change implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities to achieve successful and lasting outcomes. This involves designing and delivering change management for medium to large initiatives with a focus on human-centered approaches.
The role requires guiding change initiatives through all phases of IAG’s value delivery framework, applying agile principles, and fulfilling roles such as product owner or scrum master. Building strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders is crucial for co-designing quality outcomes and contributing to the continuous improvement and thought leadership within the change practice.
We have one full-time role offering the flexibility to be based anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand.

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have the following:
- Extensive experience in a change management role in a complex environment
- Significant experience in leading change in an Agile delivery environment
- Solid understanding of human centered design and creative thinking
- Proven ability to deliver solutions that deliver value for customers, business, and people in a complex environment
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent communication, people relationship & influencing skills
