About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead two critical initiatives. One involves replacing an end-of-life transcription system, while the other focuses on onboarding teams in South Canterbury and Nelson Marlborough onto a new data analytics platform in Christchurch. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while working closely with stakeholders across regions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from initiation to completion
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Foster collaboration within a high-performing delivery team
- Ensure compliance with best practices and organisational policies
About Your Experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, ideally within health or IT
- Strong ability to navigate complex environments and deliver under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Experience with data analytics platforms (such as ICNet) or transcription solutions would be advantageous
- Agile, resourceful, and outcome-driven approach
