We have a new opportunity for an experienced candidate care expert out there to join us. We are a dedicated bunch that have created a fun supportive environment. The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process. This position will be responsible for conducting sourcing and selection activities, keeping candidates well informed and acting as their key point of contact from application to onboarding. Working closely with the Talent Advisors, this position will be responsible for ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner with high calibre candidates. This position will also work on assigned recruitment related projects and activities as required.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
You will be a seasoned Candidate Manager with experience delivering sourcing and selection activities, keeping candidates well informed and acting as their key point of contact from application to onboarding with a recruitment agency or inhouse team.
Experienced working in a high-pace environment screening resumes and assessing candidate fit. Some other key requirements of the role include:
- Strong customer focus and able to move at pace to respond to stakeholders needs.
- Have a strong desire to work hard to go the extra mile and over-deliver on commitments.
- Incredible organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work to tight and competing deadlines
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
