Join our dynamic team, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Assistant Operations Manager North Island!

Are you passionate about eCommerce and delivering exceptional customer experiences?
In this dynamic role, you’ll support the daily operations of our online pharmacy store, ensuring smooth processes, optimizing eCommerce strategies, and assisting with inventory and order management.

You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless online shopping experience, collaborating with various teams, and driving efficiency across operations to maintain the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Store Operations: Assist in supervising the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer journey.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and help meet KPIs.
  • Order Management: Assist in processing orders accurately, managing packaging, dispatch, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • eCommerce Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online sales strategies and promotions to enhance store visibility and drive sales.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Support the Online Operations Manager in training and mentoring the online team to ensure strong team performance.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Help ensure the online store meets pharmacy regulations, product compliance, and data privacy standards.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, retail operations, or customer service, ideally within the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), inventory management software, and basic data analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Leadership: Ability to assist in managing a team and motivating them to meet operational goals while ensuring strong communication across teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capable of analyzing data, tracking performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Thrive in a collaborative work environment with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Focused on delivering exceptional service and addressing customer needs with attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong ability to identify challenges and work quickly to resolve them.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication with team members, customers, and suppliers.
