Our hardworking team is expanding and with substantial workload ahead, we are seeking skilled and motivated Traffic Management individuals to join our great team.

You'll be paid fort-nightly with guaranteed 60-hour fortnightly hours as per IEA Permanent. A competitive hourly rate (wages) will be offered based on experience and qualifications.

About you:

• You must hold working rights in New Zealand (Citizenship / Residence / Visa)
• Along with a positive attitude, being physically fit and ability to work in a team.
• Must have transport and be reliable for shift work
• Flexible and willing to work a mixture of days, nights, weekends as required to drive delivery of service
• Fantastic communication skills and leadership
• Pass pre-employment & any other random drug test
• We are looking for (qualifications required):
• Experienced STMS (AB) or STMS (ABC) Practicing with Class 2 Driver Licence (minimum)
• 2+ years on road TTM experience and knowledge as STMS (AB) or STMS (ABC) - Practicing
• Motorway or Cat C experience would be a benefit

Key Responsibilities - STMS:

• Implement compliant and safe traffic management plans
• Conduct site risk assessments and identify potential hazards
• Operate and maintain traffic control equipment
• Provide on-site traffic control and management during project deliveries
• Solid understanding of CoPTTM and NZGTTM
• Load and unload signs, cones, and various other gear on and off trucks
• Set out compliant worksites
• Look out for any road users & maintain a safe work environment.
• Help clean and maintain company fleet & gear

General Requirements - ALL ROLES:

• Undertake Civil Works when required during closure operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other members of the team
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility for Day, Night, and some Weekend shifts
• Reliability & Transport
