The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) department is dedicated to ensuring optimal experiences for our Kaimahi across all systems, tools, and technology. We prioritise delivering innovative and streamlined services while maintaining cyber safety for our people and safeguarding the integrity of our organisation’s information and data.

Our ICT Graduates provide different levels of support concerning ICT issues including problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, triage and projects.

This is a very exciting space to be in with conversations around machine learning and implementation of AI just around the corner!

You could expect to work on:

  • Variety of challenging initiatives, working alongside many other IT professionals, delivering advanced outcomes for a hugely diverse and cross-functional customer base. Finally, you will be trusted to deliver outcomes and be given freedom to build and develop relationships with customers to give expert advice.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems and infrastructure.
  • Assists in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing and resolving system problems and issues.
  • Overall, ICT Teams are instrumental in driving innovation and leveraging technology to solve complex challenges in the digital age.


Your rotation may include

  • ICT Platforms & Ops (Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, Automation, Operational Security and, Database Administration)
  • Information Applications (Geospatial Information Services, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Web & Mobile)
  • Business Systems Services (Cloud Apps, Automation, Software-as-a-Service)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP)
  • ICT Governance, (Risk, Compliance, Change Management, Business Partnering and Portfolio Management)
  • ICT Practices & Delivery
  • Architecture and Strategy

He kōrero mōu: About you
You will have a good foundation of ICT skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts and ideas concisely and clearly, both verbally and written. You will be confident in taking initiative and working collaboratively in a team with a strong thirst for learning.

To be eligible to apply, you must have the following:
Be eligible to work in New Zealand, or be eligible to apply for a Post-Study Work Visa
A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained between January 2024 – January 2026
Have a valid NZ-restricted driver’s license with the ability to obtain a full licence in 2026
