Do you need experience?
This is a pivotal role that involves training and menu development, requiring a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen and a solid understanding of the hotel industry.
Key responsibilities include stock control, menu creation, and managing À La Carte service. Experience in conferences and functions is highly advantageous. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include weekends and public holidays.
