Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an outstanding, organised and friendly Centre Administrator to join our friendly and welcoming team. This administration role is key to the success of our centre to enable us to provide the best quality care and education to our children and ensure we meet our requirements under the Ministry of Education regulations.

We're a tight-knit team of qualified teachers dedicated to your child's care and learning. With high occupancy and a caring environment, you'll play a critical role in meeting families, managing enrolments, and supporting our busy centre.

You'll provide exceptional customer service for our Whanau, managing tasks from data entry to supporting families. With responsibility for accurate accounts and payments, strong organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in Word and Excel is necessary, and occasional work with children is included.

Supported by our National Admin Support team, you'll receive ongoing assistance. BestStart offers comprehensive training in Ministry of Education requirements during induction.

This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Hours are 8.30-4 with flexibility to start at 8am every second Monday.
