As they continue to grow rapidly, they need an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support their expanding team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring accuracy in processing applications and dispatching fuel cards. Your keen attention to detail will help maintain the company's high service standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Process applications and ensure accurate data entry
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Assist with daily marketing activities via email, phone, and SMS
- Flexible to take up more responsibilities assigned by the manager
Who are we looking for?
- Previous customer service is a plus
- Pro-active and Organised with great attention to details
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Well-versed with MS Office
- A customer-centric professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional services.
