In this role, you will play a key role in driving business growth by actively engaging with travel agents and delivering exceptional service across multiple channels. With a strong emphasis on phone, email, and WhatsApp communication, you will support agents, address their needs, resolve issues, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Engagement - Act as the primary sales contact for travel agents via phone, email, and WhatsApp, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Sales Processes - Assist in local sales activities, including credit management, offline initiatives, lead generation, agent training, and complaint resolution.
  • Agent Support - Provide guidance and support to travel agents utilising the online reservation system, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Administrative Assistance - Support sales managers with office and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the sales process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal HQ teams to drive solutions, resolve issues, and follow up on sales cases.
  • Translation Support - Translate messages and facilitate communication in Italian to support agents effectively.


Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the travel industry (B2B), with previous experience servicing travel agents or travel suppliers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Italian.
  • Customer Focused: A proactive team player with a self-starter mentality, dedicated to providing exceptional service.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using online systems and tools for agent support and communication.
  • Organized and Efficient: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.


*This position is a Full-time Working from Home position, must be located in Queenstown.
