Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth and efficient management of freight operations & order fulfillment
Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely handling of all freight-related tasks
Coordinate transport bookings and logistics arrangements

Applicants need:
Proven experience in a similar logistics/dispatch role
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable personal transport
