What We Need:

We are seeking a strategic thinking Digital Product Owner who delivers results. The ideal candidate will have the ability to envision the bigger picture while effectively aligning teams around key business and customer outcomes. This role requires a strong connection between discovery and execution to ensure we are solving the right problems rather than merely fulfilling requirements. It also requires a candidate that has Hands-on experience navigating the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within a Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic vision while executing plans that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Shape the product roadmap and backlog, focusing on delivering real impact and value.
  • Lead discovery phases by understanding customer and business needs, defining opportunities, and prioritizing work.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Challenge existing paradigms and bring fresh insights to navigate trade-offs and drive innovation.

  • A proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of owning the product roadmap and backlog with a focus on prioritization.


Desirable Experience (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience defining and refining Outcomes Engineering methodologies in enterprise settings.
  • A track record of coaching and developing Outcomes Engineering skills in others.
