What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

We’re looking for an experienced manager to lead our friendly Dunedin team. As a District Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy centre, while guiding and motivating your team to achieve their goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving service excellence and ensuring positive outcomes for our customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining strong relationships with the AA District Chairman and Council
• Cultivating partnerships with nominated AA agents and contractors
• Coaching and developing your team using effective communication and proven sales management strategies
• Managing the induction, training, development, and performance of all centre staff

About You | Mōu

Ideally you will come from customer focused environment such as retail, insurance or the banking sector and have a natural ability to motivate others. You can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders with ease, and you must be comfortable up rolling your sleeves up and working with the team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer literacy in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities
