We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Manager to oversee operations, ensure excellent client service, and lead our team of beauty professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beauty clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle client bookings, inquiries, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
- Track financial performance, including sales, budgets, and profitability.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of beauty treatments and services is an advantage.
- Ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in managing bookings, schedules, and inventory.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
