Our event management client is heading into their busy season and is needing extra hands to work at a wide range of events, such as corporate functions, weddings, private parties, festivals, and large-scale conferences.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable event staff to fill a variety of positions. Whether you’re looking to work at corporate events, private celebrations, or festivals, we have roles to suit every skill set. These positions are ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environments and enjoy providing excellent customer service.

Main tasks:

  • Operating a till and processing customer transactions, including handling cash, credit/ debit card payments and any other forms of payment.
  • Restocking food and drink stations as well as event supplies.
  • Running food and drinks out to tables and clearing tables.
  • Cooking food according to the events menu.
  • Preparing food and ingredients by chopping, marinating and assembling dishes.
  • Set up events by assisting with preparing and dismantling event spaces.

What we’re looking for:

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required.
  • Previous experience in event staffing or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Must have a clean criminal history
  • Be aged over 18
  • You should be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are a must!
