Pavement Foreman

We're looking for a dedicated Foreman to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the construction industry.
Foreman Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
Coordinate and manage team members, including labourers and subcontractors
Box up and prep areas for concrete installation
Manage concrete and paving projects
Provide clear instructions and leadership to team members
Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to on-site

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role in concrete or paving
Skilled in concrete and pavement work
Higher licenses such as a Class 2 truck license are a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a team
Driver's license required
