What will you do?

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager - Operations to drive the strategic development and optimisation of internal products and services, identify opportunities to streamline processes, and develop new offerings that improve resident care and village services. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Customer & Innovation Team, Delivery Leads, Engineering, Clinical & Operational leaders, as well as our wider Village staff.

This role will see you leading the strategic direction for operational digital products, ensuring alignment with Ryman's goals of efficiency, productivity, and enhanced customer experience. From managing the full product lifecycle to driving cross-functional collaboration, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-impact solutions that positively impact our residents and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for back-office and operational digital products, ensuring alignment with organisational goals for efficiency, productivity, and innovation
  • Own and drive the optimisation of products that enhance internal processes, while identifying opportunities for new operational offerings in areas such as care delivery and in-village services.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of internal product development from opportunity to adoption
  • Collaborate with technology Delivery Leads to drive development of new and existing operational products,
  • Develop and deliver new operational product offerings, including non-digital services related to care and village operations, that enhance the overall staff and resident experience.
  • Innovate in non-digital products or services that can support the care and well-being of residents, improving the overall village experience and commercial outcomes.
