Job Description

We provide a time sensitive service, so our people need to be calm and collected with good communication skills.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm
Ideally you will be a fast and accurate computer user, who can confidently handle queries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
You will put our customers first, by understanding issues, collaborating with other staff and contractors, and providing solutions to meet expectations.

- Ability to relate well to customers and contractors
- A natural problem solver you will look for opportunities to meet customer needs
