The National Road Policing Centre (NRPC) is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced staff for the role of Learning Designer: Insights and Learning. This position is critical to the successful deployment of road policing staff and supports the organisation’s ability to save lives on our roads .
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to identify learning needs and design effective learning solutions.
- Develop interactive eLearning modules, assessments and blended learning Programmes.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and analytics.
- Contribute and support innovations in future opportunities within the road policing learning space.
- Ensure Quality control of online learning products and services.
- Good understanding of emerging trends in learning technologies and instructional design.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $ 102,808 and $108,984 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
