The National Road Policing Centre (NRPC) is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced staff for the role of Learning Designer: Insights and Learning. This position is critical to the successful deployment of road policing staff and supports the organisation’s ability to save lives on our roads .



Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with Stakeholders to identify learning needs and design effective learning solutions.
• Develop interactive eLearning modules, assessments and blended learning Programmes.
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and analytics.
• Contribute and support innovations in future opportunities within the road policing learning space.
• Ensure Quality control of online learning products and services.
• Good understanding of emerging trends in learning technologies and instructional design.

Utu ā-tau | Salary



This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $ 102,808 and $108,984 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
