As a Marketing and Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring our brand is represented consistently and effectively across various platforms. Reporting to the Director, this role involves managing marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and administrative tasks to enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design:

  • Create engaging property advertisements and promotional ads for the Rotorua property guide using Indesign
  • Prepare Just Listed/Just Sold flyers and A3 Property Brochures
  • Coordinate with external agencies, art services, and printers as necessary.
  • Produce various printed promotional materials required by agents or the company.


Social Media and Digital Campaign Management:

  • Manage social media platforms using Zoho, ensuring consistent branding, engaging content and audience growth.
  • Post updates on property listings, price changes, and auction reminders.
  • Create diverse social content to promote our team and brand across multiple formats.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.


Signage/Promotional Material:

  • Coordinate and manage the ordering of property flags, signboards, corflutes, and name badges.


Administration:

  • Maintain marketing tracking sheets and expenditure records.
  • Assist with List Now Applications and general office administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure agents have all necessary pamphlets, listing materials, and stock.
  • Provide excellent customer service through customer interactions
  • Providing back up assistance with data entry of office listings


Adherence to Brand Standards:

  • Ensure all advertising materials adhere to ETB Realty LTD and Harcourts National Brand Standards.
  • Review and proofread all advertising materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns within deadlines, including the creation of the property guide adverts using InDesign
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools
  • Understands creating content, including creating video content, and designing visual adverts, and other marketing materials
  • Understanding paid advertising strategies
  • Reporting abilities to track and optimise campaign performance
  • Assisting with social media marketing, email campaign creation, website traffic growth, and lead generation
  • Seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Canva and Zoho.
