Job Description

This role requires assistance in the daily preparation of food for cabinets, and Café related duties. Includes but not limited to:

  • Preparation of foods as required including salads, meats, sauces, savouries, and breads to daily required levels.
  • Maintain minimum stock levels for cabinet and backup; bagels, croissants, wraps, pizzas, scrolls, and other items as listed on “Daily Cabinet” check sheets, and as directed by management.
  • Keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
  • General cleaning as you go including Food Control Plan requirements.
  • Assist with full clean down of kitchen at the end of the shift.


  • Experience is preferred for this position, but we are more than open to speaking to anyone who feels they have the passion and flare to become part of an established and enthusiastic team.
  • Must be available to work weekends, Public and School Holidays.
