This role drives a strong risk culture across the bank through collaboration and constructive challenges. Take a leadership position through influence and coaching, using your experience in risk management.

Provide expertise and advice to the business on continuity management policy and related standards and guidance documents.
Proactively support and challenge the ASB Group in achieving robust and fit for purpose continuity and response plans to business disruption events.
Proactively drive the strategic direction of the Business Resilience function for the ASB Group.

We are looking for a strategic risk management professional who is passionate and highly driven to deliver results and brings a new energy to the team! A curious individual who thrives in an environment where critical thinking and problem solving is valued.
