They are a growing practice based in Rosedale on Auckland’s North Shore, who have been mortgage brokering since 2013.

About the role:

Due to continuous business growth, our client is looking for an experienced residential property lending specialist to join them and support the Director with day-to-day mortgage advisory services.

Key responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalised lending solutions.
• Recommend suitable lenders, loan products, and repayment structures to help clients achieve their goals.
• Provide expert home lending advice to new and existing clients.
• Maintain long-term, effective relationships with customers and lending institutions.
• Assist in preparing loan applications and securing approvals.
• Provide support to the Application Specialist when needed.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prioritize workloads to ensure the business achieves its goals efficiently.

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experince in residential home lending with NZ banks, mortgage advisory practices, or financial orgasniations.
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a solution focused mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Passionate about learning, collaborating, and growing with the business.
