This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence, optimising business processes, and ensuring seamless integration between finance and technology. As a key leader, you will provide strategic oversight, ensure financial systems align with business objectives, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. You will also serve as the Product Owner for a large ERP system, guiding its development and optimisation post-go-live. Key Responsibilities:

As the Head of Finance - Transformation, your role will be central to driving financial excellence within the organisation.   • Partner with senior leadership, finance teams, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless financial integration across the business.
  • Identify and implement best practices in financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Lead the strategic design, execution, and continuous improvement of a large ERP system to optimise business outcomes.
  • Ensure the system effectively supports finance processes, data integrity, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Oversee ERP-related change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service levels and system enhancements align with business priorities.
  • Stay up to date with system developments and best practices, ensuring the organisation maximises the platform’s capabilities.
  • Provide financial leadership in transformation projects, ensuring strong governance, controls, and risk management
