About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As a Senior Marketing Activation Executive you will be a key member of the team responsible for the meticulous and creative execution of external marketing programs. This is a broad portfolio that includes everything from events, marketing campaigns and client engagement, though to the development of marketing collateral and assets such as video content.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Australian team to deliver:
- Delivering best-in-class marketing programs and assets that align with business objectives (Australia and New Zealand)
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of events, marketing campaigns, photography, content creation, webinars, contracts, billing, and budgeting - ensuring projects are delivered in time and within scope.
- Monitor campaign performance to optimise results and drive continuous improvement. (Be curious to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and why)
- Collaborate closely with our in-house design team (Greenhouse) to develop clear, comprehensive briefs that enhance efficiency and serve as the vital link between stakeholders and design.
Please note that this role may occasionally require work and responsiveness outside traditional hours due to the nature of the work. However, we strongly value and encourage flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance and to accommodate personal commitments as an integral part of the role.
