ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced production worker to join our client’s team. This is a temp to perm position with the opportunity to grow within a leading organisation.
Please note, candidates must be based in Christchurch with valid long term NZ visa, or residency to be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee a team of 5-6 in production to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the procurement coordinator to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Communicate effectively with the storeperson to ensure proper dispatch of orders.
• Take sole charge of workflow in the absence of the factory manager.
• Work closely with the quality process team to enhance product quality.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in cosmetic production or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes and business operations.
• Experience working in a small team and hands-on environment.
• Uplifting energy, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to grow with the team.
• Proficiency in computer skills and administrative tasks.
• Able to pass a pre employment drug test & Ministry of Justice check
