Marketing role overview:

• You'll be the creative force driving our brand's narrative.
• Successfully managing each project in the marketing calendar.
• Initiative to come up with new ideas to improve the results of our marketing.
• Three essential skills, Video, Photography and Social Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive marketing strategies that align with sales growth objectives.
• Prepare and execute targeted marketing campaigns catering to diverse market segments.
• Capture and edit alluring product photography and videography.
• Captivate your audience through meticulous copywriting, enriching catalogues, blogs and emails.
• Curate and publish engaging online content across various platforms, nurturing our digital presence.
• Uphold website integrity through meticulous maintenance and SEO optimisation.
• Support our customer database maintenance, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
• Maintain our tangible brand presence through the management of promotional products.

Skills needed:

• A keen eye for product photography and videography, translating concepts into captivating visuals.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, and Microsoft Bing.
• Familiarity with WordPress and adeptness in website editing.
• Mastery of MailChimp for seamless email campaign creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Impeccable organisational skills, ensuring seamless project management.
• Graphic design prowess to elevate visual communication.
• A tertiary qualification in marketing (preferred).
• New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency, with English fluency. Need to understand the NZ market.
