Job Description

About the Role:

Leading a team of 10, you will focus on trade sales and customer service whilst ensuring that opportunities are pursued, inventory is optimised, technologies and processes are leveraged for operational efficiency. You will understand the market as well as competitor activity, and you will be responsible for developing a competent team and coaching team members on performance goals and targets.

Reporting to the Branch Manager of PlaceMakers Mt Maunganui & Whakatane, the role has accountability for achieving targeted business results including driving trade sales, overall profitability and operational effectiveness for the branch.

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week. Working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:30am-5pm with occasional Saturday work.
