Compass Group NZ are looking for an enthusiastic Permanent Full Time Lounge Supervisor to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember within Emirates Lounge at Auckland Airport.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

• This key role within the lounge is responsible for ensuring our food, beverage and customer service is outstanding for our valued customers.
• This will be done by leading and participating in a team that goes above and beyond for our valued clientele
• Ensures we obtain the high levels of service standards expected at all times.

He kōrero mōu / About you:

• Be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a born performer with impeccable Barista skills
• Have experience with food preparation
• Have a natural knack for leading a diverse team, and understanding labour budgets
• Have proven experience within a 5-star/FOH environment and leading a team
• Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, 'can do' attitude
