About the role: We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced & Christchurch
City Council Certified Drainage Foreman to join our team based in Christchurch. You
will be responsible for planning, delivering a variety of projects across Canterbury,
leading safely, on time & within budget, engaging, directing and developing a team up to
5.


What you bring to the role:

• Current Christchurch City Council certified (or working towards).
• Water installer certified is preferred however not essential.
• Extensive experience leading from the front, increasing your teams productivity while ensuring high quality of works.
• Great people management skills with an open communication style.
• Support the training and development of your team
• A minimum of 5 years drainage or water installation experienced in public works is essential.
• A clean licence with a minimum of class 2 and WTR endorsements. Class 4 would be an advantage.
• An ability to work away from home at times would be beneficial.
• Experience in other fields of civil construction work; roading, earthworks or structural work would be an advantage.
