The Role – Where Leadership Meets Passion

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, creating memorable dining experiences for guests, and leading a talented team of F&B staff.

In the F&B Supervisor role, you’ll cover a variety of shifts, managing everything from breakfast and dinner services to special events.

You’ll showcase your leadership and business skills, working closely with the chef and management to drive operational success. You’ll also take charge of training staff, ensuring high service standards, and managing inventory and costs.

You're the Perfect Fit if You:

• Have at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage roles, preferably in hotels or resorts
• Can lead by example, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional service every day
• Hold a current General Manager's Certificate and LCQ (or are willing to obtain them)
• Are flexible with shifts
• Have a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow your career with an international brand
