Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook various dishes on the grill, including steaks, burgers, platters, and more.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Grill Chef.
Expertise in cooking steaks, burgers, and pub-style food.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
