We are reshaping the way we deliver IT services at Massey University and are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Planning & Resourcing Specialist. This is a new role and an opportunity for you to make your mark leading the provision of advice and expertise to support performance and planning activities.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role

Working to the Practice Lead, Planning Governance and Resource Management, you will lead the provision of planning and resourcing advice and guidance and ensure a joined-up approach to business, financial, workforce and resource planning across the department

Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

Generate analysis and reporting to support performance and planning
Monitor and advise on business and financial planning
Coordinate business, financial and workforce planning and resourcing across the department
Oversee IT-specific vendor/supplier engagement and contracts
Work closely with colleagues within ITS and across the university

Ko koe tēnei | Who You Are

Tertiary qualified in IT or business management, or equivalent extensive industry experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an IT or IT-related position with experience in providing business, financial and resource planning and performance support
Familiarity with tools and practices to support planning and performance reporting

This is a full-time (37.5hrs), Grade 7 ($79,009 - $111,028) role based on our Palmerston North campus.
