Are you a skilled Mechanical Technician looking for a rewarding opportunity to join a large team with a great work atmosphere? We seek a talented and experienced individual to join our team in Christchurch immediately!
Location: Christchurch
Position: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 40h per week
What we offer:
- Competitive Pay: $26.33 per hour + tool allowance
- Overtime Opportunities: Overtime Allowances over 40h
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday roster with a mixture of day and afternoon shifts
- Work Environment: Friendly, supportive, and team-oriented culture
Requirements:
- Full current driving licence (including manual vehicles)
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs
- Ability to work effectively in a large team
- Ensure all vehicles returning from hire or being made ready for sale are checked and maintained
- Carry out pre-hire checks to identify any mechanical or interior issues
- Repair interior vehicle issues/faults
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
