We are looking to build our team in Strata Lounge, and are now looking for superb Chef De Partie, Auckland Airport. This is a Permanent Full-Time Position.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

Our Chef De Partie will be responsible for :

  • preparing and cooking and serving top quality meals for our customers
  • cooking within budget
  • assisting with ordering and menu development
  • ensuring the health and wellbeing of our customers through allergen and nutrition management
  • assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties


He kōrero mōu / About you:

If you're our ideal candidate;

  • You will be a hardworking, team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • You will have demonstrated culinary experience within a large production based environment at a management level and at least 2 years' experience of kitchen leadership.
  • You will have proven ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit.
  • Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
